On this site we provide a significant amount of information describing the benefits and drawbacks of having a Last Will and Testament, a Revocable Living Trust and other essential estate planning documents.  We also provide significant information on forming and starting your own business.  Once you have read through the information provided you can make a selection of what document(s) you need us to draft and download our simple questionnaire.  When you return the completed questionnaire to us, select the documents you want, make your payment and we will start drafting.  However, if after reading the information provided on this website, you still have questions, we will schedule a time to talk via phone or Skype, or of course, through email.  Just email us and we will schedule a time to talk.

We will not start drafting your documents until you completely understand what the documents do and how they benefit you.  You can contact us at any time with questions or concerns; we don’t charge extra for questions down the road.  You get the benefits of meeting with licensed attorneys without having to come in to the office.
