On this site we provide information describing the benefits and drawbacks of having a Last Will and Testament, a Revocable Living Trust and other essential estate planning documents. Click on the Estate Planning menu item and discover what the various terms mean. Once you have read through the information provided you can make a selection of what document(s) you need us to draft. You can either send us the information requested on our “Let’s Get To Work” page or request our simple questionnaire by sending an email to LegalEasierInfo@gmail.com with the word “Questionnaire” in the subject line. Complete and return the questionnaire to us, select the documents you want, make your payment and we will start drafting.
Once everything is drafted we will email it to you to review. When it looks perfect we will email and mail a hard copy for you to sign and notarize.
